30-Day Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy
gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure
you made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item in its original
condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund, exchange or
store credit. It's that simple. Note: All food and food related
items are final sales and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All returns have to be authorized by KSRS. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us before shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our location.
Returned items will be exchanged or the customer will be given store credit that can be used for anything on our website.
Returned merchandise must not be used and still in the original packaging material to be shipped back with the product.
Returned merchandise that is damaged, used or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
Final sales: All food and food related items are final sales and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
